Initiated in 1989, Montida Poultry was founded with the resolute goal of enhancing domestic broiler chicken production to support Mauritian food security. From our early days as a dedicated farming initiative, we have grown into a highly modern, vertically integrated reality.
The SPK Foods Evolution
In 2019, our capacity for excellence took a monumental leap forward with the founding of our sister company, SPK Foods Ltd. This strategic integration created a powerful synergy.
Today, Montida Poultry serves as the expert breeder and grower, while SPK Foods handles our state-of-the-art processing, quality control, and distribution. Together, we assure our buyers of absolute end-to-end quality control and perfect traceability.
